Who we are
Pink Planett is a housekeeping and cleaning business serving homes and businesses across London. For anything about your personal information, call or WhatsApp us on 07957 288224, or send a message through our enquiry form.
What we collect
- When you ask for a quote or send us a message: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your postcode, your address and business name if you give them, and the details of the clean you’re asking about, including the choices you made in our quote tool and the dates and times that suit you.
- When you use the chat assistant: the messages you type. If you give a phone number or email address in the chat, we save that conversation with your enquiry so the team can get back to you.
- When you call or message us on WhatsApp: what you tell us, so we can help.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to you, recommend hours and give you a price, arrange and carry out your clean, and keep a record of what we agreed. We rely on two lawful bases: taking the steps you’ve asked for before a booking, and our legitimate interest in running the business well.
We don’t sell your information. We won’t send you marketing unless you’ve asked for it.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant on this site is automated. Your messages are sent to an AI service, run by our hosting provider, to write the replies. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Who handles it for us
Our website and enquiry system are run for us by ConsultAMC, our web and systems provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and enquiries are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase. These providers handle your information only to provide their service to us. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you. If you become a customer, we keep your details for as long as you use our services, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. If you don’t go ahead, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, so there’s no cookie banner to click through.
- When you type your postcode on the home page, your browser holds it in temporary “session storage” so the quote tool can pick it up. It’s cleared when you close the tab.
- If we measure visits, we use cookie-free statistics that count page views without identifying you.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
