When we work
Homes: Monday to Saturday, 8am – 6pm. Commercial: out of hours by arrangement, including early mornings and Sundays.

Greater London and just beyond it. If your postcode is borderline, ask — we will tell you honestly.
Is the recommendation the price I'll pay?
No — and we'd rather be straight about that. It's a recommendation based on what homes your size usually need, and an indicative figure built from it. The fixed price comes back in writing once we know the specifics. Once it's agreed, it doesn't move unless you change the job.
What if the recommended hours aren't enough?
Then we tell you after the first clean rather than quietly running over. Plenty of clients start at the recommendation and adjust once their housekeeper knows the place. You can change the hours on any future visit.
Do I have to buy the equipment package?
Not at all. Most clients already have a vacuum and a mop and just leave their own products out. The one-off £30 is there for people who'd rather we arrived with everything — and it's genuinely one-off, not per visit.
How quickly will I hear back?
The same working day. Enquiries that arrive before mid-afternoon are usually answered within a couple of hours, and we tell you either way — including when we can't fit the work in.
