Homes: Monday to Saturday, 8am – 6pm. Commercial: out of hours by arrangement, including early mornings and Sundays.

How quickly will I hear back?
The same working day. Enquiries that arrive before mid-afternoon are usually answered within a couple of hours, and we tell you either way — including when we can't fit the work in.
Is the estimate the price I'll pay?
The estimator gives an indicative figure from the details you enter. The fixed price comes back in writing once we know the specifics — and once it's agreed, it doesn't move unless you change the job.
Do you take one-off bookings?
Yes. Oven cleans, end of tenancy and after-builders work are almost always one-off. Regular home cleaning is where the same-housekeeper model earns its keep, but there's no contract tying you to it.
