How we work
Most cleaning companies sell you hours. We sell you a person.
The reason people leave a cleaning company is almost never the cleaning. It's the fourth different cleaner in two months, the price that crept up, the message that went unanswered on a Friday.
So we built Pink Planett the other way round. Housekeepers are employed by us, not subcontracted. Each client is matched to one of them and keeps them. Prices are fixed in writing before any work starts. And every enquiry gets a reply the same working day, from someone who can actually make a decision.
It is a slower way to grow a cleaning company. It is a much better way to keep one.

Nobody works unaccompanied in a client's home until they have cleared every step below. It takes longer to hire this way. It is the only reason clients are comfortable handing us a key.
