Do I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes — that's the whole point of how we're set up. You're matched with one housekeeper who learns your home, your products and your preferences. If they're ever ill or on leave we tell you before the day and send someone briefed on your notes, not a stranger with a mop.
Do I need to be home for the clean?
Most regular clients aren't. Once you're comfortable, we hold a key or an access code under a written agreement, and you get a message when we arrive and when we leave. For the first visit we'd usually suggest meeting your housekeeper in person.
What products do you use — and are they safe around pets?
We use eco-friendly products as standard, chosen to be safe around children and animals once surfaces are dry. If you'd rather we used your own products, that's fine too — just leave them out and tell your housekeeper.
How is the price worked out?
Regular home cleaning is charged by the hour from £22. Oven cleaning and end of tenancy are fixed-price jobs quoted up front. Commercial and after-builders work is priced after a short survey, because square footage and finish level change the job too much to guess. Whatever the service, you get the price in writing before we book you in.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 72 hours and we come back and put it right at no charge. That applies to every service, and it applies whether it's a missed skirting board or a whole room.
Can you work outside normal hours?
For commercial clients, usually yes — most of our office and salon work happens early morning or after closing so your customers never see a trolley. For homes we generally work daytime hours, but ask and we'll tell you honestly whether we can fit it.
